Legal Forms Workshops for Self-Represented Litigants in BC
(Amici Curiae Programme)

We help you complete your legal forms even if you have not received legal advice. All our workshops have a lawyer who supervises the work of the volunteers. The lawyers do not give legal advice on the merits of your case.

iii. Counterclaim (Form 3)
iv Response to Counterclaim (Form 4)
v. Third Party Notice - (Form 5)
vi. Response to Third Party Notice (Form 6)
vii. Reply (Form 7)

viii. Amendments to any of the above.

a2. Supreme Court of BC civil court forms and forms relating to employment, foreclosures and residential tenancy matters

a3. Supreme Court of BC family court forms for

i. Judicial Case Conference Orders (Form F51.1);

ii. after chamber applications (F101);

iii. Final Orders (F52), or

Appointments can be made by: calling the Justice Access Centre of Vancouver at 6046602084 for paralegals to help draft your forms. Our free workshops run every 3nd Wednesday. Two time slots: 5:30 and 6:30 pm.

4. Temporary Foreign Workers uncontested divorce applications

Our workshops run on Saturday. Two time slots: 10:00 and 11:00 pm. There is a $25 user fee per session. Click here for details. First time session are 2 hours long and the user fee is $35.00.

Kung kayo po ay temporary foreign worker, tuwing Sabado ng umaga sa downtown Vancouver, matutulungan po namin kayo handain ang mga papeles ninyo para sa uncontested divorce application. Hindi po kami nagbibigay ng avisong legal. May $25 user fee bawat session. Nandito po ang detalya.

5. Battered Women's Support Services Legal Forms Workshop

Anyone who self-identifies as a woman can make an appointment : 604.687.1868 x307. Our free workshops run every 3rd Wednesday at 5:45 and 6:45 pm.

6. Atira Women's Resource Society Court Legal Forms Workshop

Any resident of the Downtown Eastside who self-identifies as a woman can make an appointment by calling: 604.428.9202. Our free workshops run every 3rd Wednesday. Two time slots: 5:30 and 6:30 pm.

7. Vancouver Public Library Legal Forms Workshop

Anyone can make an appointment by calling: 778.522.2839 or by email: aclegal.vpl@gmail.com.  Our free workshops run every 4th Wednesday. Two time slots: 5:30 and 6:30 pm.
