This workshop has been designed to be practical and interactive. At the end of the day, you should be able to:

1.     Learn about principles of active rehabilitation as it applies to soft-tissue injuries;

2.     Identify what the musculoskeletal areas that should be the focus of assessments;

3.     Using normative values understand what the appropriate amount of rehabilitation exercises should be;

4.     Identify what makes for an effective initial assessment report; and

5.     Develop best practices to mitigate injuries or to maximize rehabilitation costs.

Participants will have opportunities to demonstrate specific skills by completing activities prior, during and after the workshop.

This workshop will provide you with 5.0 CPD hours including 0.0 practice management hour.

Each full day session offers:

  • an interactive class providing hands-on practice;
  • a limit of 14 participants, to ensure optimum learning;
  • handouts.
