The Civil Rules of Court provide us with a variety of discovery tools (procedures) that allow us to address various situations, the ultimate purpose of which is for each party to learn more about the case and its particular risks.

The course Discovery Procedures 101 sets out the nuts and bolts of these discovery procedures.  Join us and add to your “discovery toolbox”.

This 7 hour course includes 0 hours on professional responsibility, ethics, client care and relations.

Each session offers:

  • an interactive class providing hands-on practice in preparing documents;
  • a limit of 14 participants, to ensure optimum learning;
  • a copy of Heads of Damages 101 Desk Reference Manual, including useful checklists and precedents.
