  • Infant Claims
  • Family Compensation Act Claims
  • New Family Compensation legislation
  • Unidentified Motorists/Hit and Run
  • Common Defences in Personal Injury Claims
  • Health Care Costs Recovery Act
Course Pre-requisite: a Certificate of Completion from either MVA Studies 101 or PI 101

Each session offers:
  • an interactive class providing thought provoking discussion;
  • a limit of 15 participants, to ensure optimum learning;
  • a Desk Reference Manual, including useful checklists.
