Set against the backdrop of personal injury, comes this webinar series. In the spirit of proportionality, the rules of Provincial Court and the many new tools as set out in the current civil Rules in the BC Supreme Court will be examined to see how typical PI cases can be tried using these instead of resorting to full blown trials.

This Thursday lunch hour webinar lecture has been designed to help you learn more on how to make rules for Small Claims Court work for your case. Each lecture focuses on a specific component. Each webinar will provide the attendees with an opportunity to ask questions.

A knowledge of the applicable Rules is recommended.
