Description:
This is for staff who have recently or are about to join the litigation practice area. The focus of this day long course is twofold: to teach them the expectations of the profession and in accordance with the Rules of Court, to introduce them to the proper way to handle files, delivery and service, managing correspondence, and diary systems.

Each full day session offers:

  • an interactive class providing hands-on practice;
  • a limit of 18 participants, to ensure optimum learning;
  • a Desk Reference Manual, including useful checklists.
