This Thursday lunch hour lecture has been designed to help you learn more the anatomy of an MVA. Each lecture focuses on a specific component. Each session will provide the attendees with an opportunity to ask questions.

Michael O'Brien is the manager, Regional Bodily
Injury, Field Services, Area B. Now well into the
second year of BCSC's Civil Rules, Michael will
speak about ICBC's approach to the adoption of
those changes. He will also provide some general
background on ICBC's management of the bodily
injury or "BI" business, starting with simple
unrepresented claims and continuing through to
complex litigated losses.

Each lecture qualifies for 1.0 CPD hour and 0 credits for professional responsibility, ethics and client care.
