This seminar is designed to provide you with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of effective drafting of affidavits when gendered violence is involved.

CPD: 2.0 hours with 0.5 PRE hours for professional responsibility and ethics.

Each full day session offers:

  • an interactive class providing hands-on practice;
  • a limit of 14 participants, to ensure optimum learning;
  • a Desk Reference Manual, including useful checklists.
