The timing of this year end discussion could not have been more appropriate, as British Columbia's legal stakeholders look at its inability to effectively provide access to legal services. Do paralegals have a meaningful role in increasing access to legal services?

Feb 8, 2011 marked the first legal forms workshop that Amici Curiae. True, it has only taken 7 years to finally host its first annual general meeting, it is time to take stock of its work. We have been busy building 7 venues where paralegals assist the public complete their legal forms.

And to celebrate and enjoy the special cake that Justice Groves is making. 

    CPD: 1.5 hours including 1 hour in client relations, ethics and professional responsibility.
