The lack of proper financial disclosure in family law proceedings has been referred to by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as a “cancer”. Learn how to properly complete a Financial Statement for your clients as well as some tips for addressing issues that typically arise with financial disclosure (or lack of it). Naturally we will apply the access to justice lens.
