Highlights of the requirements at the various stages in the life of a complaint at the BC Human Rights Tribunal.  Topics for discussion include complaint filing, mediations, deferring, responding, applying to dismiss, disclosure requirements, hearings and post decision options.  References to time limits and the consequences of failing to comply will be noted throughout.
